E&R Luxe Details – 24-Hour Cancellation Policy At E&R Luxe Details, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all our clients, we ask that you please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a $25 cancellation fee. • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without contacting us, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may apply. We understand emergencies happen, and we’ll always do our best to work with you, but repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
